Expert Analysis
Chris Robinson | Prep Hoops Scout
Bratchett was a blur from end-to-end. A true two-way pest, he picked up full-court and forced constant turnovers. Offensively, he excelled at playing off two feet in the lane, using advantageous angles to finish at the rim. His end-to-end speed made him nearly impossible to contain in the open floor.

Hatchett was an impactful on-ball defender at the Freshman Showcase. He showed great lateral quickness and reflexes in the passing lanes. In trapping and zone situations, he seemed to be one step ahead of the opposition. Hatchett was lightning quick from end to end which made it hard for other teams to score in transition.

Bratchett is definitely a smaller guard, but his quickness makes up for his lack of size. A blur with the ball in his hands, Bratchett is a confident ball handler and a very good on-ball defender. He figures to grow over the next few years which will make his play-making and defense even more effective for coach Chris Robinson and the Greyhounds of Shorewood.
