Unfortunately, it wasn’t the storybook ending that this talented senior wanted for his career. Tierney was a key piece of the Bethesda Christian team that advanced to the Class 1A State Final last season, but the Patriots were knocked out in round one this time around. The 6’2″ guard averaged 22.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 3.3 steals per game, but finished with just nine points before fouling out on Wednesday night. He has a handful of small college opportunities and will look to continue his career at the next level.
