Ream will have a new address this season at Southside Christian. Spencer made some solid strides this summer on the Grassroots Circuit with his play. Ream a very deceptive athlete can dial up from downtown or look to attack the baseline at times.
Spencer can take defenders off the dribble when needed. He will look to get stronger down the road and fill out his frame. Spencer lands at the #101 spot after being #134 in the previous rankings.

Ream had a couple of solid events this Summer with Southside Christian and Carolina Hoopzters and posted his AAU highlights for the site. Listed at 6’4″, Spencer has good positional size and length for a wing. He is skilled in taking defenders off the dribble and pulling up in the mid-range or finding a teammate. Spencer is also a very good perimeter shooter and will use his length to make plays on the defensive end. I would’ve liked to see a little more scoring at the rim through contact from Ream, but I think that is an area that will improve as he becomes stronger and grows into his full frame.
