Despite the tough loss, Spencer wasn’t going down without a fight. In the first half against Team Compete , Spencer started his scoring by knocking down a three and pairing it with a fast break layup. He was also relentless, causing multiple jump balls and turnovers. The second half is where he really took off. He came out of the gate firing, hitting another three and pulling up midrange. He followed that up with multiple tough layups and some and-one opportunities. He also hit a tough and one to bring his team within 2 with 4 minutes left. This kid is the definition of playing until the final buzzer, as he was still going for loose balls and scoring opportunities even when the deficit was getting out of reach.
