Offensively, he scores on three levels, primarily downhill, making a living off his scoring prowess. His passing ability creates numerous open scoring opportunities for his teammates. On the defensive end, he’s effective at forcing turnovers on the ball, utilizing his relentless intensity to change the momentum of the game.

What’s Next for Sonny?
Sonny is now entering his freshman year of high school this fall, and I am confident that he will make a significant impact immediately. Currently, he stands at 5’11” and will likely grow taller, so if he dedicates himself to his craft, I believe he will catch the attention of numerous college coaches. As his high school career progresses and he continues to refine his skills, he will become even more formidable on both ends of the court.

Sonny Hunt Sonny Hunt 5'11" | PG Midway Middle School | 2029 TX plays with a lot of enthusiasm and intensity while he is on the floor.  He had his hands in a lot of deflections in the half court being in passing lanes consistently. The energy he displayed defensively was evident as he was everywhere on the floor hustling full court. Offensively got to the basket with ease against Royal Flush Elite using his handle to blow by defenders. Sonny had some nice passes resulting in teammates scoring against Royal Flush Elite as well.
