Slade Salinas 6′ 3″ Guard, has a great feel, finding the open spot and hitting open jumpers. One trait that I feel is overlooked is the Pump-Fake two dribbles and jump shot from the elbow. Slade’s game will develop, the attack will become a quicker one dribble to elbow. Outside shooting is above average which leads to defenders attacking so aggressively. Slade demonstrated a strong foundation of playing away from the ball and utilizing screens and cuts to the basket to get open. Expect a bigger role and production in this his sophomore season.
