Sermaji Davis is an extremely shifty guard who was able to slide through defenders consistently. Helping lead Mavs Elite 2028 to the 13u championship, Sermaji caught eyes this weekend by playing great full-court defense and forcing turnovers. His ability to push in transition and score through contact was a very impressive aspect of his game. When driving towards opponents under the rim, Sermaji did a great job of elevating off of two feet and this helped him absorb contact against larger opponents. He has a tight handle and this combined with his quickness made him a very tough player to stay in front of for nearly all of the defenders tasked with covering him.
