I just really enjoy playing basketball and winning. That is my motivation and you can see it when I play that my effort is never questioned.

I enjoy being part of a team. I lead by example. I am a quiet leader. I am often overlooked but any team I am part of I become a leader by example. Respectful always on time and always giving 100%.
