A long wing who has the right mix of skills to be a solid 3&D type player. Avary can shoot it pretty well behind the arc but also has the length and athleticism to convert some tough finishes inside, and that length and bounce also helps him play a key role defensively. He has a long wingspan and quick enough feet to defend on the perimeter but can also rise up and send shots back near the rim. He continues to expand his game off the dribble and should be a player to watch this spring with Perseverance Pirates .

He had an efficient offensive game against Stadium, not doing too much, making quick, decisive choices, and showing he can score the ball in various ways. He ran the floor, got on the end of breaks, spotted up in the corners, and made some strong plays in the paint to finish off cuts or offensive boards. He was active defensively and used his length to take up space and slow down the ball.

The lanky wing has a good chance to be a solid 3 & D player. He’s got the size at 6-foot-4 and good enough quickness to be a reliable defender who can stay in front on the perimeter and add some shot-blocking in the paint. Offensively, he’s shown some ability to space the floor, particularly from the corner, but he’s a decent athlete too who can get some things going to the hoop. Although at this point, he lacks the tight handle to create looks downhill without relying on a quick first step.
