His length allows him to get off shots against most defenders. Salazar projects as a small forward type player at the next level.

Ruben Salazar Ruben Salazar 6'7" | SF Linsly | 2025 State WV doesn’t ring a bell to most in WV. But according to his coach, he could soon. Salazar currently plays at Linsly School, a private institution tucked up in WV’s northern panhandle in Wheeling. Salazar is described as high skill level in everything imaginable on the floor. So skilled he was a part of the Spain 16U National team that won the World Championships last year. If you can track Linsly’s basketball program I think you’ll start to see some talk around Salazar’s offers soon, and we’ll report it here.
