After sitting out last season, Pennington has played well in the Spring with his club team. He’s grown, might add a few more inches. He’s a shooting guard/wing that squares up, shot ready, good release. He’ll knock down 3’s in all the right spots, plus coming down in transition. He’s a good ball handler, has court vision, moves the ball. He’s not afraid to take a hit driving to the basket and helping rebound.

He’s a transfer from Vallejo. He’s a 6’3 shooting guard, looks like he’s still growing. He’s a savvy prospect will take advantage of others mistakes. He takes care of the ball, works mostly off ball, but can relieve pressure helping bring it up. He sees the court to make good passes around the perimeter. He’ll spot up for 3’s, or use a dribble drive to dish or hit the short jumper. He positions himself on defense to help, can stay close to man, he boxes out, looks for open space for transition 3’s.
