He is difficult for defenders to keep out of the paint, consistently using his strength, quickness, and attacking mentality to put pressure on the defense. Herrera is a capable perimeter shooter who can knock down open shots, but he is at his best creating offense off the dribble. A creative finisher around the basket, he shows good body control and touch in traffic, allowing him to score in a variety of ways. His ability to generate offense for himself, coupled with his toughness and downhill mentality, makes him a guard worth monitoring in the 2028 class.
