Kau is stepping into his role as a dominant big man and even though the potential was there, work still had to be done. This season it is coming together and his game has evolved since last year. He is bigger, stronger, faster and more skilled. He can step out and shoot the three with confidence which makes him even more dangerous. He blocks shots at the rim and controls the boards, and of course he can finish with authority. He can develop into the top big in the state making him a target for next level competition.

He showcased his ability to rebound, post up, finish and defend the rim. These are all skills that coaches are looking for at the next level. He is a developing talent, but he is fearless and eager to improve. He stepped out to knock down some three pointers as well during the showcase. As Kau continues to develop and expand his skill set he could develop into a top player in the state. His upside is undeniable and his solid performance earns his selection to our First Team.
