, because the basket seemed to be 5 feet wide for him from the jump. The Harvard commit used his great floor spacing and off-ball movement to be able to come off of screens from all over the court to find his lethal midrange jumper. He didn’t cool down throughout the game, and the Crespi defenders could not stay with him as Hinton ended the game with a team high 19pts.

Robert finished with 19 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 block in Harvard Westlake’s win over Perry on Saturday night. Hinton attacked the basket with tremendous strength, often shrugging off defenders and finishing with ease at the bucket. He also showed great touch and a variety of moves in the mid range area as well that proved effective in this one as he finished 7/13 from the field and 2/3 from 3.

Robert had 23 points on Tuesday night in Harvard Westlake’s win over La Mirada. He attacked the basket and seemingly scored at will as he showed off his arsenal of left/right hand and above the rim finishes he’s capable of. Hinton also contributed numerous rebounds and assists in a complete performance.

Robert was excellent for Harvard Westlake on Saturday in their win over Lynwood (RealRun) as he earned Player of the Game Honors. He played with great strength as he out muscled smaller defenders to score in the paint, was dynamic in transition, and provided valuable floor spacing because of his 3 point shooting ability.

Robert is an athletic/bouncy perimeter player who spaces the floor for Harvard Westlake and contributes on the glass at both ends (averaged 14 ppg and 5 reb at Cali Live). Hinton shoots the ball well from three off the catch or dribble and is also able to get to the basket routinely and finish with either his left or right hand effectively. Robert is also particularly confident in the open court as his leaping ability means there’s always a chance he’s going to try finish over a defender in spectacular fashion.
