Sanicola, a wing out of Windham High School in Maine, has the chance to be one of the more impactful freshman in the state this winter. At 6’3″, he has terrific size on the wing and plays in a way that doesn’t require him to score to make an impact. He can score it around the basket and from behind the arc, shows the ability to make others better as a passer, and does a nice job of moving without the basketball. He’s an instinctive rebounder that uses his length to his advantage and does a good job of starting the break both as a passer and handler in transition.
