snags the 30 spot in the latest 2027 rankings update. The Western big man was an absolute force on the defensive end, blocking 3.5 shots per game. Not only did he swat shots, he altered them as well, making quite a few players send up air balls. In addition to his defense, Batey dropped in a decent number of dunks this season and crashed the glass regularly. Look for him to keep ascending if his development continues, as he’s easily one of the taller juniors in the state.

was not only the tallest prospect at the combine, but he also participated in the 3-Point Competition. When you consider his height, length, and overall athleticism. He was already a pretty well rounded prospect from a measurables standpoint. And seeing him drain 3’s shows that his ceiling may be even higher than anticipated.

The Western Power Forward had the biggest wingspan at the combine – 86 inches or (7 ft 1 inch). While he definitely appears long, a 7 foot wingspan is something that you usually see in NBA players. ie Carmelo Anthony and Lebron James. He was also the tallest prospect at the combine, standing at 6’7. If he can leverage his long arms, he may be quite the shot blocker on defense this season.

stands at 6’7 and also has quite the wingspan. His length comes in handy on both offense and defense. On offense, he can score inside and dunk. On defense, he can alter and swat shots. If he keeps growing and developing, he may be a stock riser down the line.
