I liked how Hemmert impacted the game in a variety of ways. A solid athlete, Hemmert was physical and rebounded the ball well for a guard. A sweet reverse layup off a cut caught my eye early and Hemmert made a couple of shots from downtown. Small college prospect who should play a key role for Hilliard Davidson this winter.
Hemmert shot the ball well off the catch as well, making set shots from the perimeter. I also liked that he played off two feet when attacking the rim, staying on balance. Hemmert also wasn’t afraid of contact as he went to the foul line a handful of times throughout the morning.
