Warren Central is going to be reloading next season and have their sights set on getting back to Rupp Arena in 2026. Hulbert had a big month of June for the Dragons and looks like he’s primed for a big role as a Sophomore. He may not be a starter but Randal is looking like a heavy rotation player for Central with a high ceiling as a potential scholarship level player down the line.

You are always going to see toughness and hustle from a Warren central squad and that’s exactly what I got to see on Saturday evening as their balanced team effort offensively helped them charge along. Hulbert showed some promise as a future key piece of the program as a 2028 wing guard who has a strong frame, defends, made a couple solid passes and competed. Doing that many things as a sophomore coming off the bench for your team is a great way to get noticed and that’s why he made the standouts list from Saturday evening.
