Davis is a two-way guard prospect who posted 10 point per night as a freshman and notched a season high 15 points on several occasions. What pops about Davis is his unique ability to quickly turn defensive stops (steals / rebounds) and loose balls into fast break opportunities for himself and teammates. Davis has a nose for the ball and once he has secured the rock, he will not hesitate to pass it ahead or get downhill in a hurry. On half-court possessions, Davis is an accurate three-point shooter with a rapid-fire release. If a defender crowds Davis, he will put the ball on the deck and get to his mid-range spots or all the way to the cup for a lay-in. Davis’s unique skill set is a perfect fit for the grassroots circuit.
