How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Ralph is a pass-first guard with a high basketball IQ and a natural feel for the game. He thrives on setting up his teammates, reading defenses, and making the right play at the right time. His vision allows him to create opportunities that others might not see. Defensively, Ralph is a difference-maker. He takes pride on that end in passing lanes, steals, and rebounding great for his size.

Ralph Debonis was one of the best point guards I observed this weekend and consistently made plays for his teammates all day on Sunday afternoon. The 2028 guard uses high IQ court awareness and quick speed to find openings in the defense and consistently give his team open looks at the basket or from deep range. Debonis hit some key shots off the dribble from the top of the key and helped his team cap off a couple wins to end the tournament the right way. Not many guards I’ve watched this summer play a more fundamental game than Ralph and he definitely cares more about being pass first than his own stat lines.

Knockdown lefty, Ralph DeBonis Ralph DeBonis Ralph DeBonis 5'8" | PG/CG Santa Fe | 2028 TX brought a natural scoring touch with a smooth, confident release that made him a consistent threat from the perimeter. His jumper came off clean and high with terrific rotation on the ball, shooting both off the catch and off the dribble. Debonis proved to be a skilled perimeter scorer and confident shot-maker, who can change the game with his ability to stretch the floor, get hot in a hurry, and string together scoring runs.
