Showki was one of the better scorers in his league this past year but he’s also one of the more underrated true point guards in his class. Yes he scored over 20 ppg, but he’s also a very crafty dribbler who does a great job exploiting gaps, going through progressions, and making plays both with and without the ball to get the ball into the paint and work from the middle. He’s agile, smart, and patient but ready to go, and has been displaying all these qualities this spring with FOH EYCL. He’s got talent at all positions around him on this squad and has shown how he can impact a game as a legit facilitator.
