had a terrific year for Gainesville. He is one of the more underrated players in the state, and he does many things well. Preston is a strong driver and a physical player. He can face up and attack the rim, and he has a great frame. Preston is a versatile defender and can guard multiple positions. He was a second-team all-state selection in class 6.

had a terrific season for Gainesville. I talked about Preston being one the best players in the state not ranked in the top 100. Preston is a great rebounder and hard to stop around the rim. He plays through contact well, and this year was a breakout year for him. Preston finished first-team in the Cedar District and was also named first-team all-region.

is starting to get more shine after his big Junior season. Preston’s energy and length were a problem for teams all season. Preston’s finishing and rebounding were terrific this year. He looked stronger, finishing through players as well. People were looking for Preston to take a leap this season, and he did. I have Preston on this list because I expect him to take another leap next year, and come November, I see him breaking into that top 100.
