Is Schell the top unsigned player in North Dakota? I think he really projects well as a next-level guard with his length and athleticism, which go along with his well-rounded game. Payton stood out on multiple occasions this summer against high-level competition on PH Circuit. Payton’s instincts, timing, and long arms make him an excellent shot blocker. Schell is also an accurate and consistent shooter from beyond the three-point arc. He is a talented 3&D playmaker.
