Then, Rhinehart finished with 16 points in an 83-68 win over Cardinal Ritter. Rhinehart is a talented shot-maker with a sneaky pop of athleticism that he uses to elevate on his jump shot and finish at the end of his drives.

The last player on Bates Fundamentals 17u that stood out to me is Payton Rhinehart Payton Rhinehart Payton Rhinehart 6'0" | PG Fort Wayne Blackhawk | 2026 IN out of Homestead High School. What stood out to me with Rhinehart is his high motor and athleticism. When wanting him, he gives out true 3-and-D potential with toughness on both ends to back it up. Very quick first step in the lane but can also shoot it behind the arc.

This 5’9″ point guard from Homestead High School displayed his skills as a floor general throughout the Prep Hoops Indiana Top 250 Expo. Rhinehart has a tight handle that allows him to navigate through traffic, is a very good passer with great court vision, and is able to create his own scoring opportunities as well. He really impressed with his passing ability and had several assists including a great left-handed drift pass along the baseline.
