About Patrick
Expert Analysis
Ari Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
Sharing team-high recognition with 14 points of his own, Denisco refused to go down without a fight in what would be his last high school game. He stayed under control throughout the game but was consistently in attack mode, showing a polished skillset both with and without the ball. Denisco was consistently able to get to his spots in the paint for his smooth midrange pullups and floaters, while also being able to create for teammates off his penetration. He spaced the floor effectively to the arc and competed all the way until the final whistle, narrowly missing a halfcourt heave off a steal that would have won McDevitt the game. Denisco profiles as a program staple for D3 McDaniel moving forward.

Read EvaluationAri Rosenfeld | Prep Hoops Scout
Filling in a quintessential combo guard role between Jones and Portee, Denisco was a consistent offensive spark on his way to 12 points. He picked his spots but was decisively aggressive when he chose to attack, regularly finding his way into the paint off the bounce. He showed soft touch on his floater while keeping his eyes up to hit the dumpoff pass if help stepped up. Denisco also showed to be a capable catch-and-shoot threat from an off-ball role. He projects as a nice four-year contributor at the small-college level with his skill and toughness.

Denisco is excellent at stepping into his shot and letting it go from the perimeter, where he shoots it at a high clip. Patrick is very efficient and knows when to shoot it or facilitate. With a sound floater game, Denisco keeps the defense guessing on his every move.
