A highly skilled guard from Fairfield High School, this 6’2″ guard came on strong in Indiana Game 15u’s final game of the weekend at UA Rise Session I. Smith can stretch the floor as a pick-and-pop threat or use his athleticism to attack closeouts and score around the basket. He knocked in three three-point shots in their Sunday victory. Already a standout back in the fall at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase it is easy to see the development of Smith’s kid over the months.

Smith was a prospect that we had no prior knowledge of but really shined at the Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. That is why events like this are so valuable. The 6’2″ guard from Fairfield High School knocked in a handful of tough jump shots showcasing the ability to create his own at multiple different levels on the floor. He was also a very good and willing passer. His overall playmaking ability should make him quite a player down the road.
