As a freshman, McDaniel was about a pure shooter as possible. Deep range from three. Textbook off the ball movement, and then smoothly squaring up from catch and shoot situations. But like any good player, he has not rested on his laurels. He’s becoming a mid-range monster. From simply attacking close outs, to even sizing up defenders and hitting tough fadeways. McDaniel simply has rare shooting touch and shooting is prioritized by college coaches. Giving him a super power that will get his foot in the door at the next level.
