was doing the heavy lifting in the scoring column for Sheboygan North against Germantown, Palmer also had a big offensive night for the Golden Raiders, His utilized his physical strength on the blocks to score in the lane, finishing with 15 points. Palmer’s not a tall player, but his balance, ability to play off two feet and penchant for finishing through contact are big assets for Sheboygan North.

One of the more dynamic point guards that I watched with the speed and quickness to blow by defenders, finishing above the rim, and the size to be a force on the offensive glass. Very active hands, on defense, where he was able to utilize his quickness leading to multiple steals and easy transition baskets for him or his teammates. With nine players graduated, I expect him to be a key contributor to Sheboygan North this season.

Parion is an impressive defender for Wisconsin Crusaders 16u. At 6’3 he moves well laterally, has a long frame, and some strength to withstand contact and fight over screens. Those physical tools allow him to defend the 1-3 spots at the high school level, and he continues to show great instincts to come up with turnovers. Knows when to take his chances to jump passing lanes for steals, and is always willing to get on the floor and fight for loose balls. The type of guard who can go out and contribute to wins without needing to shoot a lot.

Parion is another guard who made a defensive impact over the weekend. He’s a high effort player and that showed against Meanstreets ‘ last=”] as two times in the first half he chased players down from behind to block/strip a transition lay-up. Standing at 6’3 he has a projectable frame with long arms and a strong frame, allowing him to defend just about anywhere on the perimeter. Sits deep in a stance to pressure the ball and fights to get over the top of screens. Looking forward to seeing how his game continues to develop.

Crusaders PG who showed great hustle in transition. Two chase-down blocks in the opening few minutes vs Meanstreets. Put back a missed layup in transition vs Chicago Grinders. Strong, athletic PG to watch in 2026.
