The truest low-post prospect on this list, Spence has proven himself to be a consistent threat to get a bucket when he establishes position down low. He displays strong footwork and nimble feet making moves over either shoulder before finishing with a blend of power and craft. Spence creates good space for his guard with solid screens before sealing for deep position. Not much of a lateral mover who can struggle in uptempo games, ideally we’d like to see prospects in this mold be threats to space the floor, but there’s upside for a scholarship-level program in Spence’s offensive skillset on the interior.

In some ways, Oliver Spence Oliver Spence 6'10" | C Good Counsel | 2025 State MD is a throwback big. He has a solid back-to-the-basket game and is strong. He moves well and has a good motor. Oliver showed off his footwork in the paint and had a big day on the offensive glass. Oliver impressed me yesterday as well, and this shoutout feels a little overdue. He ended with 17 points and 13 rebounds.
