Pepper is an elite guard with a pure offensive game, effortlessly racking up points from all three levels. He finishes through contact in the paint with remarkable strength and control, securing tough buckets against even the staunchest defenders. His deep shot has become impressively consistent, making him a constant threat beyond the arc. Oliver’s scoring versatility and relentless drive make him a standout player to keep an eye on this season.

Oliver has consistently shown solid improvement on the court, elevating his game each season. His exceptional instincts allow him to read the defense well, making smart decisions and delivering precise passes to open teammates. Always playing off two feet, he demonstrates fundamental skills that enhance his control and balance during critical plays. His smooth mid-range jumper is nearly unstoppable, as he effortlessly finds his spots on the floor to score with efficiency.

Pepper was really impressive again on day two, helping Selah beat Lynden 68-62. He was getting it done offensively in just about every way. Making creative moves in the midrange for some clean jumpers, barreling through gaps downhill to the hoop, finding well-timed dump-offs through the defense on his drives, and stretching the floor with some deep makes from three.

Pepper is a skilled guard who showed off a good array of space-creating moves and some nice strength on his downhill drives. Had multiple midrange shots created from attacking angles and getting solid bumps on defenders, was smart in identifying space, and in general, had great court awareness to find teammates and get the ball to space.

Pepper is a player who has had some inherent skills since his freshman year, but is starting to mature physically, which has only elevated his feel and impact on the game. He can shoot it from deep, has a smooth and diverse handle, and could be a player who makes big moves in his junior season.

Had a solid sophomore season at Selah and has continued to show growth this spring with South Sound Roots. Has a very smooth jumper that he can cash in from different levels. Plays with a pretty good base to knock in shots off the catch or working off pivots closer in. Wouldn’t be surprised to see him take another big step forward this winter.
