Luciano, one of the top students at Massachusett’s 3rd largest public high school, will attend Yale University, where he hopes to walk-on to the basketball team. A high scoring guard this winter, Luciano has received plenty of attention for his exploits on the court and in the classroom. A true student-athlete, he had a phenomenal season on the hardwood where he was capable of scoring 30+ on any given night. Luciano plays with a high motor, gives tremendous effort on the defensive end, and isn’t afraid to make the little plays that lead to winning. It’s never easy to make the transition from high school star to walk-on, and may be even more difficult in the Ivy League, but I’d bet that if anyone can do it, he’s the guy.
