Fichter is a really good shooter, probably better at this point off the catch, but strong off the dribble as well. His jumper is his biggest asset at this point, and he does a nice job using it to open up the rest of his game. He is a creative finisher at the bucket, understanding angles and how to put the right spin on the ball to finish at odd angles against bigger players. He has good vision and loves to push the pace.
