Kaiser has been a fundamental piece to Team Wildcat HGSL’s success this spring. Capable of playing on or off the ball, Kaiser is one of the best processors and quick decision makers in the state. Capable of knocking down a perimeter shot as well, shooting 42% from 3-point range as a Junior. Kaiser also led the GCL-Co Ed in assists at 4.0 per game. Another strong option for small college programs, I really like the ball movement that happens when Kaiser is on the floor.

Getting to see Kaiser this weekend was a priority and he lived up to what I’d been hearing about his game leading into the weekend. A quick processor of the game, there aren’t many better passing guards than Kaiser in Ohio’s 2024 class. Making the right read quickly and getting the ball where it needs to go is an underappreciated skill and Kaiser certainly moves the ball faster than the defense can move. This wasn’t surprising as Kaiser led the GCL Co-Ed in assists as a Junior. While he struggled to hit from the outside in the two games I caught, Kaiser did knock down 42% of his 3-pointers for Carroll as a Junior. Another guard for small college programs to check out on this Team Wildcat HGSL squad.

Kaiser didn’t score a ton of points against Fenwick and their stout defense, but he showed why he’s one of the better PGs in the 2024 class. Confident handle with either hands and can’t be forced one way or another. Controls the ball and keeps a tight handle. Doesn’t allow the game to be sped up on him and has good awareness of the floor and his teammates.
