About Nazhir

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Dogg. Can guard 1-5, lockdown defender. Big body guard/small forward. Can shoot it from anywhere on the court, handles the ball well and can finish efficiently at the rim with both hands.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Leader. Provide energy for my team and lead by example. My mentality is to play to my strengths and my teammates strengths to achieve the collective goal of victory.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am apart of a speech club and the only black male currently maintaining a 4.0 gpa at the largest middle school in the state.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Over the course of my journey, through adversity and hard work, I’ve developed resilience to overcome challenges to be a true leader.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I’ve played for multiple teams finding my place, my game and my confidence. I’m here now.

What type of college are you looking for?

I’m looking for an excellent academic institution with a strong sports culture and history.
