Naevon had 16 vs Mount Sinai. Naevon has really good court vision. Especially hitting cutter off the high post. Excellent finisher at the rim. Can knock down the elbow jumpers. Quick off the bounce with either hand and can finish with either hand.

Naevon is averaging 16 ppg and 9 reb. Has a soft touch from the elbows . He is more than capable of stretching his range out to the three point line. Excellent passer from the high post. Can get to the rim and finish. Strong handle protects the ball and can change speed. Very good rebounder and can guard both the perimeter and the paint.

When I first saw Naevon as a freshman he showed great vision stationed at the high post with the ability to hit a quick turnaround foul line jumper or a quick 2 dribble spin move. His overall game has now evolved to where he is basically running the offense. Excellent handle he is able to bring the ball up the floor. Scores inside or out. Can take his man off the bounce and finish in traffic. Stretches the floor with his ability to knock down three pointers. A tremendous talent that colleges need to take the drive out East to see.

Naevon game has come full circle. When we first saw him he was a a presence inside with a quick release jumper from the high post. Through hard work his game as evolved into him handling the ball making plays for himself or teammates. He was always a really good passer from the elbow but now he creates off the bounce. Colleges need to know this player on the east end of Long Island.

Really took on a bigger role this season. Showed the ability to handle the ball and get to the rim with quickness and strength. Still possesses a potent mid range 15 foot jumper. As well as the court vision and awareness to make passes from the hi post to cutters.

In our opinion the most dangerous returning public school prospect returning is Southampton’s point guard Naevon Williams Naevon Williams 6'3" | SF Southampton | 2025 State NY . He was phenemonel this season handling the entire offensive load until his partner Dom White returned from injury. Williams was one of the top scorers in Suffolk, is virtually impossible to guard one on one and easily had the best fourth quarters of anyone on Long Island. This tough floor general will returns for one more year, he should be up their for Section XI’s MVP, he should break a bunch of Mariners record and we know he wants another shot at a state title.

Naevon averaged 18 ppg. His all around game has really improved. More of a high post 15 feet and in player in the past. this season he was handling the ball much more and excelling. Displays a nice hesitation dribble and then explodes to the basket. Very quick and can finish with either hand. A playmaking scorer. While still possessing excellentvision out of the high post hitting cutters. Nice soft touch 15 feet and in. Tough rebounder and very active.

Has added the ability now to get to the rim off the bounce. Handles the ball much more now then in the past which has made him an all around threat. Tough rebounder inside.
