The top-ranked unsigned prospect in the entire rankings, Bruce-McCrommon has as high an upside as almost anybody in the state and has made notable strides this year toward putting it all together. Averaging north of 20 points per game for a Gateway team off to an 8-5 start, he’s a strikingly smooth wing scorer with alluring shotmaking ability from all over the floor. Bruce-McCrommon shows the ability to both create his own shot or slide off-ball and find his offense within the flow. He has interest from a wide range of D1 programs, with the possibility of a prep year also being in play to work on his body and add further experience given that he’ll graduate at just 17 years old.

One of the more intriguing long-term prospects among unsigned seniors in the region, Bruce-McCrommon possesses both a frame and a skillset that ooze long-term upside. Long and lanky with gracefully fluid athleticism and a growing two-way impact, he attacks smoothly with natural scoring instincts from an array of spots on the floor. He shows his versatility while guarding multiple positions and consistently flowing toward the ball to make things happen with his length. Very young for his grade and with high-level basketball bloodlines, Bruce-McCrommon should be entertaining various levels of D1 recruitment throughout the winter and could really take off with a prep year to get more battle-tested and begin to build up his body.

He made several trips to the charity stripe and converted most of his chances put left some points on the board. Bruce-McCrommon made a highlight play on the defensive end using his freak athleticism to pin a shot off the backboard. He is always seconds away from a huge play whenever he steps onto the floor. I want to see him become better at taking care of the basketball he turned the basketball over on too many occasions. Low major division ones in need of versatile athlete whose best basketball is in the horizon need to recruit him.
