Rigney showed he’s one of the more instinctive and impactful two-way players in his class with Foster last season. He’s lining up with Seattle Select this spring and will get a chance to show how his aggression and attack mentality can overwhelm other players his age. He’s a solid outside shooter and is crafty getting to the hoop, and with Foster’s top scorer from last season graduating, he’ll get a chance to play an even bigger role next winter.
