One of the favorites in the 2A East Farmville Central has been in this position so many years in a row at this point it’s comical. With the ability to control their destiny going into the conference tournament and sitting at number 1 in the 2A RPI, it might be mostly at the hands of

. Known for his ability to score from all three levels he has done a good job of getting teammates involved and taking the initiative to guard the other team’s best guard throughout the season. If Farmville and MJ want a chance to play for their 4th state championship in a row they’ll need a big postseason from him.

Eatsrrn Kentucky is his most recent offer as he looks to lead Farmville Central to another state title. He’s leading their backcourt with his scoring prowess and playmaking ability as they’re 10-4 on the season and 4-0 in Eastern Plains Conference action with the bulk of league play on the horizon. He’s another PG prospect for D1 programs in the SE Region to get their eyes on.

Every time I caught Williams at Phenom Raleigh Live, he was putting on a show! He’s an intriguing guard prospect who plays with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor. He showed poise in taking over in setting quite the tone in their victories with his ability to create turnovers and knock down shots on all three levels. He’s one of the best finishers around the rim in the class.

After a slower shooting start on Saturday, he turned it up a notch and put together one of the best games that we have seen from in his high school career, scoring just under 40 Points for his team in the playoffs on Sunday. The end-to-end speed that he possesses is impressive but his passing and shooting ability is just as impressive. Several D2 programs have already extended offers and we won’t be surprised to see more do the same.

Williams is an intriguing name who continues to show off his exploits on the hardwood with Team Trezz out of the 252 area. He’s improved on his strength and athleticism a ton and it’s shown in his ability to defend and give problems to opposing prospects on the hardwood. He’s a name for DII programs to get eyes on over the next few months.

One of the fastest players end to end just about any time he steps on the court, he excels getting into transition to push the tempo and get easy buckets. When the game slows down, he is just as effective in the halfcourt, making good decisions when he’s in pick and roll situations.

Williams did everything he possibly could to ensure 2A state hardware would once again be heading to Farmville Central. Unfortunately for the Jaguars, his team had to settle for runner-up medals following a 78-77 overtime loss to Reidsville. Williams had a stellar individual performance as he scored 23 points to ensure Farmville Central was in the contest from start to finish. With his team trailing 70-67 late in the fourth quarter, he drained a 3-pointer late in the frame to ensure four minutes of extra basketball would be needed to decide this contest. Williams overall made four of his eight 3-point attempts and also sent out five assists.

is part of the Farmville Central dynasty as they look to win yet another state title in their sixth appearance in the NCHSAA 2A State Title game. He’s quite the sharpshooting threat in the Jaguars’ backcourt with a ton of confidence as a scorer and playmaking threat. DI and DII programs would be wise to check him out this summer with
