Another product of the successful Team HWPO program, Fletcher is a long, lean and mobile combo forward with plenty of upside. He changes ends of the floor with ease, has good touch around the basket and can attack closeouts with straight line drives from the perimeter. Fletcher is active on the glass and brings impressive defensive versatility, with the ability to guard multiple positions and alter shots around the rim. There is plenty of long term potential for the junior as his overall skill set continues to improve.

Another prospect who will be moving up the rankings, Fletcher is a high level athlete on the wing with elite size. He’s an above the rim finisher in the half court and in transition. The rising junior is a capable ball handler and improving shot maker who could take his recruiting stock to the next level with a little more consistency from beyond the arc.

Fletcher is an athletic post player who immediately stands out because of his size and frame. He is a polished post scorer who finishes just about every time the ball is in his hands downlow. Whether its catching dump off passes for easy dunks or creating his own with back to the basket moves. He puts a ton of interior pressure on opposing defenses and garners a lot of attention. Fletcher is a hand full to keep off the offensive glass as well and creates a ton of extra possessions just by being in the game. Defensively he checks a lot of boxes as well with his ability to move his feet and block shots in the lane.

The sophomore is a strong, versatile wing who brings value on both ends of the floor. Fletcher can knock down perimeter shots from beyond the arc, score on the block, and contribute on the glass. He plays with a high motor, competes defensively, and has the versatility to impact multiple positions.
