Harper is a quick and dynamic guard attending Racine St. Cat’s. The five-foot-nine lead guard most impressed me with his ability to lock up his individual matchup, with tenacious on ball defense. A handful of times, Harper was able to generate deflections with his quick hands and natural instincts on defense. On the offensive end, Mikey understands when to space the floor and rim cut on dribble penetration.
