DeSales was impressive with a big-time shooting display in an early morning victory over Marysville. With quick ball movement and a well-spaced floor, the Stallions are a tough defend in the summer. Their top shooter was Walker who moved well without the ball and has a quick release once he catches it with time and space. Walker is one of the top scorers in the CCL and should have a productive senior season for a DeSales squad looking to compete for a conference title.

Walker led the game in scoring with 20 points and every time I watch him play just finds a way to put the ball in the hoop. Nothing really flashy about his game, he’s a smaller guard without elite quickness but he knows how to attack angles, move without the basketball and make open shots. Walker also isn’t afraid of the moment, and he iced the game from the charity stripe to secure victory for his team.
