Teague is a physical and athletic force who imposes his will on both ends of the court. He plays with a relentless motor, using his strength and explosiveness to overpower opponents and make his presence felt. Whether he’s attacking the rim, battling for rebounds, or locking up defensively, Teague brings an unmatched level of intensity and toughness. His ability to control the paint and impact the game physically sets the tone for his team and makes him a dominant presence every time he steps on the floor.

Michael Teague Michael Teague Ted Polk | 2029 KS is a great all-around player, dominating in every area. He led his team to the championship game and was the best player out of everyone in 12U or 13U. He knocked down threes, both contested or when left open. If the defense would close out to hard, he would drive by and hit either a mid-range pull-up or finish at the rim, and there were times the defense collapsed and he found the open man. I do not have the exact numbers, but over the three games that I saw him play, he averaged around 25 points and seven steals. He is a great defender and times his steal attempt perfectly. He shoots efficiently and can do everything on the court, including rebounding. He is a serious player to keep an eye on moving forward.

Michael Teague Michael Teague Ted Polk | 2029 KS looks like a superstar in the making. He was the most dominant and impactful player at the tournament. If his team would have won the championship, he would have been the MVP. He showcased the ability to do absolutely everything. On defense, he would play great on-ball defense and continually came away with steals. I counted eight steals in one game and six steals in the championship. Several of these steals would lead to points for him or his teammates, with him getting the assist. He continually found a way to come away with rebounds, which led to him having multiple games of flirting with triple doubles: points, rebounds, and steals. On offense, he drove the gaps and finished at the rim at will, even through contact. When the defense would collapse to prevent his drives, he would casually pull-up and knock down a jumper. He was efficient from every area on the floor, including three-point range. He led his team to the championship game, where they barely fell short. He looked like superman out there. It was impressive seeing what he was able to do. This is a player that has a chance to have big time colleges knocking at his door if he continues to develop.
