Brandon Ramsey | Prep Hoops Scout
Rembert was a big part of leading Basketball Paradise to the Final Four at the Prep Hoops Circuit Grit Region Finals. The versatile 6’2″ guard shot the ball very well from three-point range in the two games we watched making five total three-point shots combined. He also scored 16 points in their win over Full Package in the quarterfinals. The Oswego East High School product rebounds well from the perimeter and was able to use his strength when attacking closeouts to score inside. That consistent inside-outside game made him incredibly effective for one of the better teams in attendance.

Watched team’s early Sunday morning game. Helped squad go 4-0 overall on the weekend. Played the off guard role which deemed effective. Able to still handle it if need be. Started off the game with a hot hand hitting 2 catch and shoot 3’s in transition rhythm. Made another catch and shoot 3 the second half. Had a couple cool assists in the break phase with a dish off to his big and another smooth post feed to his big. Plays help side well off the ball defensively and made a couple steals in doing so.

Paradise PG displayed excellent confidence as a shooter and hit various 3-pointers vs All-Area this afternoon. Surprisingly, he also did a great job boxing out larger opponents on the glass. Which is something you don’t really see from guards. Key assist gave Paradise their first lead of the game in the 2nd half.
