A powerful athlete at the rim, Welter was throwing down some crazy dunks off alley-oops on Friday night. A physical force in the paint, Welter has the size, explosiveness and aggression to make highlight-reel plays on both ends. If Welter had a little bit more offensive skill he would be one of the best bigs in the region. It’s no surprise looking at the frame and athleticism of Welter that he’s a highly sought after football prospect.
