Max Pearson Max Pearson 5'6" | PG Skyridge | 2031 UT is another player I got to show up and watch this week in his championship game, and he stood out with how he controlled the game at the point guard position.

Max does a great job getting downhill with crafty pickups to get to his layups. He’s a good playmaker who knows how to get two feet in the paint, finish around the basket, and find his teammates when the defense collapses. His floater also stood out to me, especially how often he was able to get into the paint and create opportunities.

What I liked most was how Max ran the offense. He controlled the pace, made plays for his teammates, and did a great job orchestrating the game for his team. He also finished with a solid amount of points while continuing to create for others.

Max is a young guard with a lot of potential. I’m excited to keep watching his development and see how he continues to grow as a point guard.
