Harris will be a high potential prospect to keep an eye on moving forward at Messmer. He already possesses a long and lanky frame at 6’4, with solid footwork and coordination on the ball. Maurice was active cutting off the ball looking for easy finishing opportunities inside, but could also beat smaller players off the dribble from the wing. Long frame helped him rise up and score over contesting defenders. Though he was at his best around the basket, Harris is capable of hitting the open three if you give him too much space.

A rangy wing prospect who possesses good ball handling and driving skills, Harris finished with regularity off the dribble in Appleton. He sized up his opponent, used some cross-over dribbles to create space and then zipped to the basket to finish near the rim with his bounce and length. Defensively, Harris is locked in and knows where the ball is while also anticipating well in the passing lanes. Harris size, skill and versatility will be big assets for Messmer coach Ben Hailey and the upstart Bishops in 206-27.
