Brandon Ramsey | Prep Hoops Scout
One of our favorite under-the-radar guards here at Prep Hoops Indiana, this 6’3″ scorer is moving from Hammond Central High School to Bosco Institute for his senior season. King has good positional size, is an excellent scorer from the perimeter, and has the athleticism to get up and finish at the rim. His shooting ability, both from mid-range and beyond the arc, puts a lot of pressure on the defense. Look for him to continue to emerge as a small college guard prospect this winter.

King is and under-the-radar prospect from Hammond Central High School playing with Anchor Basketball Academy 2024 that put up some big numbers over the weekend at the Midwest Jam Fest. The athletic 6’3″ guard had a stat-stuffing game of 18 points, 9 rebounds, and 5 assists followed by a 29-point outburst. Definitely one for small college programs to continue watching heading into the month of May.

One of the better under-the-radar prospects in Indiana’s Class of 2024 will be playing with Anchor Basketball Academy in Indianapolis this weekend at the Midwest Jam Fest. King is a long, athletic guard with true three-level scoring ability. He has an excellent jump shot and the explosiveness to get all the way to the rim. Scholarship level talent.

King is a tough 2024 guard who passed the ball very well all weekend. He attacks to pass, and his court vision allowed him to get the ball where it needed to go seemingly every time.
