Buzz has been building around Iverson out of Western PA and he showed plenty of reason for intrigue with his camp performance. He stood out with great positional size for a young guard with smooth athleticism and a lithe frame that looks ripe for further growth. Iverson was comfortable while stringing sequences together fluidly off the dribble, getting to his spots whether finishing smoothly around the cup or elevating over smaller guards in the midrange. The southpaw looks ready to make a splash right away in the WPIAL and will only benefit over time from added strength on his frame.

He was rewarded for his performance with a spot in the Top 60 all-star game.

Tenacious perimeter defender with the versatility to check multiple positions from 1 through 4. His length gives him excellent coverage, while his anticipation allows him to recognize actions before they develop. Strong at containing drives, cutting off angles, and staying connected to his assignment. A disruptive defender who can impact the game without needing the ball in his hands.

Iverson brings a perimeter profile worth monitoring as his offensive game continues to develop. His ability to use his physical tools while operating on the perimeter gives him multiple avenues to create an advantage. The next step will be sharpening his consistency as a shooter, creator and defender so his physical profile translates into a more complete two-way impact.
