Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
He looks like a real threat as a budding 3-and-D player with his blend of length, size, and ability to knock down shots. He was in good areas on the floor to rebound and showed the willingness to impact the game in ways beyond just scoring. I would like to see him tighten up his handle, as it can be a bit loose at times. That said, he has some intriguing tools but still appears to be in the early stages of his development.

The mile long swingman intrigues by the minute but is more just a concept at this rate than a product. He is very agile which allows him to cover ground on the defensive end. Ingram is a switchable defender. He was able to block a shot. He can play above the rim and is a threat to make a play whenever he is on the break in transition. He didn’t have a huge offensive outburst but think he is only just starting to scratch the surface on that end. He can blow by defenders with his quick first step. Ingram likes to drive baseline. He needs to improve on playing defense with his feet more and not reaching. He can also clean up his turnovers.

Ingram is a jack of all trades master of none who found different ways to impact the game. He has good size and length which allow him to cover ground easily. Ingram made plays often for his Steel City squad. He was also able to score inside. Ingram has some long-term upside and is just starting to scratch the surface as a prospect.
