Summit Academy tips off at 7PM against Dearborn Divine Child. White is a quick and aggressive defender that has the ability to play in your face defense. His chest to chest D can force the ball out of his man’s hand and can cause pressured passes. White can steer a ball handler and alter an offense.

White was outstanding in his team’s home opening victory. He dropped a more than impressive 30 points in the game. Even more impressive was his efficiency while doing it. White went 11-11 from the free throw line. He also shot 5-7 from beyond the arc. These high percentage shooting totals point to an understanding of good shot verse bad shot.

White has a very legitimate argument to have a number next to his name. He can make The Expo the place for that to happen. White is dangerous with the ball and he can create 1-on-1. But he can also work through screens off the ball and off screens with the ball.

White looked really good at The Final Chapter with the Michigan Warriors . Coach Baiz put him in position to cook with the ball and he did just that. White was fast and quick with the ball and was able to play fast effectively.

White was so valuable for Summit Academy in this game. He made some big plays, starting with a jab step that turned into a drive and score. White converted on an and 1 when he was fouled in transition. White worked really nicely though a stagger screen, drawing a foul on the finish.
